What is the Bluetooth® pairing PIN-Code of my Blue Vision I carkit?
Your Bluetooth® carkit has a default PIN-Code 0000 for pairing, which is stored in its internal memory. You are usually required to enter the PIN-Code 0000 in a pairing process with a Bluetooth® mobile phone.
I am having a telephone conversation, but the person on the other end of the line does not hear me very well.
Make sure that the microphone bracket is directed towards your mouth. This is the main working position of the microphone bracket: the front microphone should be directed to your mouth and the rear microphone to the speaker phone metal shield. We advise not to change the microphone position during a call, since an echo effect could appear.
Several Bluetooth® devices appear on my mobile phone while it is searching for the Blue Vision I carkit.
Most Bluetooth® enabled mobile phones can search for more than one Bluetooth® device within operative range. The Blue Vision I carkit will appear in the list of Bluetooth® devices on your mobile phone after having been found by your mobile phone. Select the Blue Vision I carkit from the list.
I cannot pair my mobile phone and the Blue Vision I carkit.
Make sure that your phone and the carkit are switched on. Press and hold the Talk button (the green button) for more than 5 seconds until you hear a “dong dong” sound and all buttons are flashing alternately. The pairing mode is now activated for 2 minutes (during these 2 minutes, the buttons will keep on flashing) and you can complete the pairing with your mobile phone.
If this doesn’t help, please follow these instructions:
- Remove the pairing information of all Bluetooth® devices from your mobile phone.
- Remove the battery from your mobile phone.
- Disconnect the Blue Vision from the power supply of your car.
- Place the battery of your mobile phone back into place and activate your mobile phone. If the Bluetooth® function has been deactivated, you should activate it again.
- Connect the Blue Vision with the power supply of your car.
- Press and hold the Talk button (the green button) for more than 5 seconds until you hear a “dong dong” sound and all buttons are flashing alternately.
- Let your mobile phone search for new Bluetooth® devices and pair the mobile phone with your carkit.
- Make sure that the Blue Vision is indicated as “Authorized” and/or makes a connection automatically.
How can I pair a second telephone with my Blue Vision I carkit?
Pair the second phone with your Blue Vision I carkit just like you have paired the first phone. After switch on, the Blue Vision I will automatically search the last mobile phone it was connected to (which was last used with the carkit). In case this phone is not available, the Blue Vision I will automatically search for the other paired phone for connection.
